The title seems to be a pun of “Gorimuchuu” (五里霧中), which comes from the Book of Later Han and is an expression used for “being lost, bewildered” (literally is “5 li in the fog” – The li is a traditional Chinese unit of distance, which has varied considerably over time but now has a standardized length of 500 meters or half a kilometer (approx. 1640 feet).). In the title of this song, it has the kanji 愚, which means “stupidity”.
