BUTAOTOME’s second album with exclusively songs about the Hifuu Club. It has the same structure as the previous one (Kouseki Radio), with 4 vocal tracks framed by 3 instrumentals. However, it has a classical/orchestral sound, and it’s centered around letters.
A complementary novel written by Ranko was sold as event-exclusive good. The title is 手紙の形をした夢 (Tegami no katachi wo shita yume, which means “A dream in the shape of a letter”) and it’s a letter from Merry to Renko.

The album title is in French and it means “shared psychosis”, “the theatric of two” or (more literally) “a madness shared by two”. It’s a psychiatric syndrome in which symptoms of a delusional belief and hallucinations are transmitted from one individual to another.“ (Wikipedia)
