BUTAOTOME’s 3rd album with exclusively songs about the Hifuu Club. The overall motif is “psychodrama” and it focuses mostly on the original tracks of Dr. Latency’s Freak Report. This time, it has the typical 8 vocal tracks format, with also two short intro and outro tracks arranged by Paprika. She also arranged half of the album, while Comp did the other half.
