Neko Neko Nihonshi opening theme
As announced last weekend, Comp composed (…) the next opening theme for the anime Neko Neko Nihonshi. The title is “Guruguru Ponpon Daisakusen” (ぐるぐるポンポン大作戦) and it’s sung by the female unit elfin’.
Neko Neko Nihonshi is broadcasted every Wednesday at 18:45 JST on NHK Educational TV. The new opening theme will start to be used on November 7!

New song for Uta Matsuri commemorative compilation
The official Reitaisai account announced that the Uta Matsuri live will get a commemorative compilation! The title is “Keikeika” (繋々歌). It will be released at the next Autumnal Reitaisai in October 14 and it will feature new songs from the circles who will play at the Uta Matsuri live in November, so it will also include a new BUTAOTOME song! The tracklist is currently unavailable, but you can already pre-order the album on the doujin shops such as Melonbooks!

Human Joon. A bit of explaination about this one: we don’t see the pestilence goddess after the events of Touhou Hyouibana, but according to the ending she lives disguised as a common human from the village (as you can see, for example, in this fanmade comic) and robs the wealth of people who can afford the loss.

Also, the Sis said she would like to draw Bowsette, the latest internet phenomeonon (I’m not going to explain in detail who she… he… they are).
