BUTAOTOME live in Switzerland!

Usually I wouldn’t dedicate an entire post for a single live announcement, but this is an overseas website first of all, and it’s huge news for that side of the fandom.

Next year, BUTAOTOME will play for the first time ever in Europe! On February 17th and 18th, they will be in Lausanne, Switzerland, along with IRON ATTACK!!. This will be part of the Japan Impact festival.

(hey the festival organizer used the old logo for the official announcement…)

Ranko has been tweeting a lot, so here is a translation of her tweets:

Lausanne is all about ballet competitions, and Switzerland is all about cheese and chocolate. It looks really cold, and I’ve never been on a plane for that long, I can’t imagine what it will be like, but!!!! I’m!!!! looking!!!! forward!!!! to!!!! it!!!!

I have been saying this for a long time, but I will repeat it. If I’m coming to see your place, come to see me! As long as it’s not too much to ask!

I have always been a frequent traveler, so I can recommend that it is fun to go on an expedition. It is also nice to go to a live concert and see that there are other people who like what you like. If you have never been to a live concert but are interested in going, I hope you will come~~~

However, there may be various reasons, and some people may not like to come to live concerts in the first place. I would be happy if everyone could experience our music as they like and in the way they like. This is my honest feeling, but I also really want to share what I like and what I enjoy with you because I like to perform live.

Of course we are happy to have your support! But I know that each of you has your own life with various time and money constraints, so I hope you will put those first and live your own life, and I would be happy if our music can support you in any way~ That’s how I feel. It would be nice if we could stand individually and not crowd together.

It’s late at night and I can’t sleep, so I’m rambling too much. You guys can do whatever you want to do with your lives. You should stop looking at people so much. Go outside and touch grass. Be able to appreciate the things you have.
