The game was shut down on October 28, 2022. A standalone release for Steam is currently in the works.
Touhou Danmaku Kagura (東方ダンマクカグラ) was a mobile rhythm game with gacha elements, based on Touhou Project and developed and published by Unknown X. It was released on August 4th, 2021 and it was not available outside of Japan. It featured songs by several Touhou circles, and each song came with an illustration exclusively made for it. The game was free to play (real money was spent on getting more gacha currency and other bonuses) and no song was behind a paywall. This page lists all of BUTAOTOME’s contributions.
